2013년 4월 게슈탈트 관계성향상 프로그램(GRIP) 기초과정 안내
2013년 1학기를 맞아 게슈탈트연구회에서는 ‘게슈탈트 관계성향상 프로그램(GRIP)’ 기초과정을 개설하고자 합니다. 게슈탈트 관계성향상 프로그램은 여러 가지 놀이 및 예술매체들과 더불어 김정규 교수가 직접 개발한 GRIP도구들을 사용함으로써 자기표현이 부족하거나 심리치료에 비협조적인 아동청소년, 그리고 정서억압이 심하거나 대인관계에 어려움이 있는 성인 내담자들, 그리고 불안장애, 기분장애, 각종 중독집단의 개인 및 집단치료에 매우 효과가 있음이 입증되고 있습니다.
본 워크샵은 GRIP 중심의 이론과 실습교육으로 이루어지며, 실습은 2~4명의 실습 자원자들이 번갈아 무대에 올라가서 김정규 교수의 지도로 시연에 참가하고, 나머지 참가자들은 스크린을 통해 시연과정을 관찰하면서 그립도구의 사용방법을 익히게 됩니다. 기초과정에 이어 GRIP심화과정을 수료하면 “그립지도자(GRIP Leader)” 자격증을 받으실 수 있습니다. 그립심화과정에서는 기초과정에 참가하여 그립을 배운 다음, 실제 현장에서 GRIP을 사용하면서 느끼는 문제들에 대한 질의응답과 수퍼비젼을 통하여, 좀 더 심도 있는 GRIP사용법들을 익히고 배우게 됩니다. 본 워크샵에 대한 여러분의 많은 관심과 참여를 바랍니다.
